PACTA Invest – PPP Status and Multiplier Logic

PPP-enabled Agent / Sales Partner accounts can qualify for Premium or Elite status based on eligible PPP earned within a calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December.

1. Status tiers

Status Eligible PPP per calendar year Status multiplier
No Status Below 2,000 1.0×
Premium Einreicher 2,000–3,499.99 1.5×
Elite Einreicher At least 3,500 2.0×

The highest qualifying tier applies. Users without PPP enabled are excluded from status calculations, status displays, and related notifications.

2. Points counted toward qualification

Annual status qualification includes:

  • Eligible contract PPP, including partial-payment credits

  • Manual point credits

  • Manual point deductions, as negative qualification adjustments

Contract eligibility: Only contracts submitted on or after 1 January 2026 qualify. Eligible contract points are assigned to the year in which they are credited, rather than the year the contract was submitted.

The final credited amount, including any applicable multiplier, counts toward qualification. For example, 100 base PPP credited at 1.5× adds 150 PPP to both the spendable balance and the annual qualification total.

OZ exception

Manual credits or deductions whose reason contains OZ anywhere in the text affect the spendable balance but are excluded from status qualification.

Examples include “OZ,” “Discount with OZ,” and “OZ for redeemed.” Other text, such as “AZ,” does not trigger this exception.

3. Multiplier calculation

Multipliers apply only to contract-generated PPP. Manual credits and deductions are processed at their entered values.

Credited contract PPP = Base PPP × Highest applicable multiplier

The system compares the active status multiplier with the Manual Multiplier and uses the higher value. Multipliers do not stack.

Active status Status multiplier Manual Multiplier Effective multiplier
No Status 1.0× 1.8× 1.8×
Premium 1.5× 1.2× 1.5×
Premium 1.5× 1.8× 1.8×
Elite 2.0× 1.8× 2.0×

A transaction that reaches a new status threshold uses the multiplier applicable before that calculation. The new status multiplier applies from the next calculation.

Example: A user with No Status, no Manual Multiplier, and 1,950 qualified PPP receives 100 base PPP. The transaction credits 100 PPP, bringing the total to 2,050. Premium activates immediately, and subsequent contract calculations use 1.5×.

4. Status activation and validity

Status activates immediately when the annual qualification total reaches the applicable threshold. It remains valid for the rest of that year and the entire following year, subject to qualification adjustments.

Example: Premium achieved on 15 June 2026 is valid until 31 December 2027.

Qualification totals are calculated separately for each year. Points earned across different years are not combined to reach a threshold.

During the following year:

  • Reaching the same threshold extends that status through the end of the next year.

  • Reaching a higher threshold upgrades the status immediately and grants validity through the end of the next year.

  • Earning fewer points does not, by itself, remove a status still supported by the previous year.

Example: A user holds Premium based on 2026 qualification. If their 2027 total reaches 3,500 PPP, Elite activates immediately and is valid until 31 December 2028.

5. Annual reevaluation

On 1 January, the system reevaluates status using the previous calendar year’s eligible PPP.

Reevaluation date Qualification year
1 January 2027 2026
1 January 2028 2027

For example, when a status expires at the end of 2027:

Eligible PPP earned in 2027 Status from 1 January 2028
Below 2,000 No Status
At least 2,000 but below 3,500 Premium
At least 3,500 Elite

At initial rollout, qualification is based on eligible points earned in the current year.

6. Deductions and reward redemption

Both manual deductions and reward redemption consume the oldest remaining points first, but their effects on qualification differ.

Transaction Spendable balance Status qualification
Manual deduction without OZ Reduced Reduces the qualification total for the original year of the points deducted
Manual deduction containing OZ Reduced Unaffected
Reward redemption Reduced Unaffected

A qualification-affecting deduction can immediately downgrade or remove the status supported by the affected year.

Example: A user earned 2,500 eligible PPP in 2026, qualifying for Premium until the end of 2027. A manual deduction of 600 PPP against those 2026 points reduces the 2026 qualification total to 1,900. Premium is no longer supported by 2026; the resulting status depends on any qualification already achieved in 2027.

If the same 600 PPP is used for reward redemption, the spendable balance decreases, but the 2026 qualification total remains 2,500 and continues to support Premium.

A deduction against 2027 points does not remove a status supported by the unchanged 2026 qualification total.

7. Point expiry and status validity

Each PPP credit expires after 24 months. Manual credits follow the same expiry rules as contract-generated PPP.

Point expiry and status validity use different periods:

  • Point expiry: 24 months from the credit date

  • Status validity: Until the end of the calendar year following qualification

The spendable point balance therefore differs from the annual qualification total, particularly after reward redemption.
