Mini-Jobber WTA Logic
Currently, WTA for Mini-Jobbers is calculated and published once every month on the 1st. During this calculation, the system stores the WTA result together with the current master data condition at that time.
When a payslip is later created, the system does not recalculate the WTA again. Instead, it takes the already published WTA values and inserts them into the payslip.
Example:
-
04/2026 WTA for Fefee Chong is calculated on 01/05/2026
-
On that date, Fefee Chong is configured as a Sales Mini-Jobber
-
This Sales condition is stored in the WTA calculation
If the payslip is created on 14/05/2026, it will still use the WTA values generated on 01/05/2026.
So if Fefee Chong was changed from Sales to non-Sales after 01/05/2026, this latest change will not automatically appear in the payslip during creation.
The latest condition will only be reflected after the Admin clicks the [ Recreate ] button.
Therefore, if there are Mini-Jobber master data changes after the monthly WTA calculation, Admin should create and then recreate the payslip to ensure the latest values are reflected correctly.
