The Reports section allows the center to generate various reports needed for evaluation, review, and printing purposes.
1. New Member Lists
New member lists can be generated either for a specific employee or for all employees. These lists display all new members added during the selected evaluation period.

2. Advertising sources
This report evaluates the sources from which new members originate (as entered when creating a new membership).

3. Settlements
Evaluations for Payroll Accounting

The multi payroll PDF file includes all payroll runs for the selected period, regardless of whether they are for employees or temporary staff.

4. Time sheets
Timesheets are official documents that every employee must receive for their payroll accounting. The timesheets can also be generated individually for each employee or as multi timesheets.

Manual times report
The "Manual times" report is created for each employee and shows the manually booked times for the defined time types over the course of the year:

Annual hours
The Annual Hours report is used by the Center for statistical evaluations. The report shows the working hours by department and employee in the 12 months as columns. Totals are formed under the departments. Also at the end of the file.

The report is generated as an Excel file.

Working time accounts (AZK)
Working time accounts are managed automatically and are subject to strict legal requirements. A working time account is an instrument of working time flexibilization, in which the actual hours worked by an employee are offset against the contractually owed working time. Overtime (overtime) and undertime (less time worked) can be "saved" or "reduced" in an account. The exact "saving" and "reducing" of a working time account is defined in the appendix (Working time account calculation v3.doc). Clarify with Sepp+Susanne whether this is still correct.

The detail page of a working time account shows the historical development of the account over the last 11 months. (Why 11?) The following content is displayed in tabular form for each month:
Current warnings are displayed at the bottom of the detail page.
