The Reports section allows the center to generate various reports needed for evaluation, review, and printing purposes.

1. New Member Lists

New member lists can be generated either for a specific employee or for all employees. These lists display all new members added during the selected evaluation period.

How to Create new member list:

  • Click "Create new member list" button

  • Select employee and evaluation month

  • Click "Submit" to generate PDF

The PDF shows:

  • Evaluation period

  • Employee info ( What are the info to display )

  • List of new members

This report evaluates the sources from which new members originate (as entered when creating a new membership).

3. Settlements

Evaluations for Payroll Accounting

  • Two listings are available:

    • Employee Payroll Listing – shows evaluation data per individual employee.

    • Multi-Payroll Listing – compiles payroll evaluations for multiple employees in one report.

4. Time sheets

Timesheets are official documents that every employee must receive for their payroll accounting. The timesheets can also be generated individually for each employee or as multi timesheets.

5. Manual times report

The "Manual times" report is createda fortype eachof yearly report generated per employee andthat showssummarizes the manually booked timeswork forhours theunder definedspecific predefined time types over the course of the year:categories.

  • Sick hours – Hours recorded when the employee was sick.

  • Vacation hours – Hours taken as vacation or paid time off (PTO).

  • School hours – Hours spent attending training, classes, or official educational leave.

  • Other hours – Any other time-off or special circumstances that don’t fall under the above categories (e.g. unpaid leave, jury duty, parental leave, etc.).

6. Annual hours

The Annual Hours report is usedUsed by the Center for statistical evaluations.evaluations Theto reportanalyze total working hours over the course of a year.

How the file content looks like?
  • 12 columns: One for each month (January to December).

  • Rows:

    • Grouped by department, listing all employees under each department.

    • Each row shows the workingnumber of hours byworked departmentper andmonth employeefor inthat theemployee.

Working time accounts (AZK)

Working time accounts are managed automatically and are subject to strict legal requirements.regulations. AThey serve as a tool for flexible working time accountmanagement isby an instrument of working time flexibilization, in whichcomparing the actual hours worked by an employee arewith offset against thetheir contractually owedagreed working time.hours.

Overtime

Excess hours (overtime) and undertimeshortfalls (lessundertime) timeare worked)recorded canin the account, allowing them to be "saved"accumulated" or "reduced"offset" inover antime. account.This system enables a fair and transparent tracking of working time, ensuring compliance with labor laws and providing flexibility for both employers and employees.

The exact "saving" and "reducing" of a working time account is defined in the appendix (Working time account calculation v3.doc). Clarify with Sepp+Susanne whether this is still correct.
