Ark Site : Admin Panel

Center Admin can create a site form, add to any pages to collect email address for Newsletter Subscription.

Create Site Form 

For newsletter submission form, admin is required to create an [ Email Field ], which is mandatory for newsletter subscription form.

Additional data fields can be added -- submitted data will appear under "View Submitted Data" on the Webform listing page.

Adding a site form to a page

After this form is created, Admin can add this form to any Site pages. 

• Go to your desired page, example :/test-page 
• Click [ Edit ] button to enter Page Editor

• Add a Form Component / Form section template to the page 
• Choose the created form via [ Select a Form ] dropdown, click [ Save ]

• The form will be added to the page :/test-page 
• User can submit an email address via the form, and receive a DOI message to confirm their subscription.
