Center Admin can create a Site Form and add it to any page to collect email addresses for newsletter subscriptions.

Create Site Form 

  • Go to Create Site Form.

  • For newsletter subscription, make sure to include an [Email Field] and set it as mandatory.

  • You may add additional data fields as needed. All submitted data will be accessible under “View Submitted Data” on the Webform Listing page.

Setting up for Newsletter Subscription

  1. On the Form tab, select the [Newsletter] tab.

  2. Under this tab, Admin can configure which Newsletter Groups the submitted email addresses will be added to after submission.

This step is crucial to ensure that the form functions as a Newsletter Subscription Form. Without configuring this, the email addresses collected will not be associated with any newsletter group.

Add Form to A Page

Once the form is created, you can add it to any Site page:

  1. Go to your desired page (e.g., /test-page).

  2. Click the [Edit] button to enter the Page Editor.

  3. Add a Form Component or select a Form Section Template.

  4. Choose the created form via the [Select a Form] dropdown and click [Save].

✅ The form will appear on the page (e.g., /test-page).
✅ Users can submit their email address and will receive a Double Opt-In (DOI) confirmation email to complete their subscription.Screenshot 2025-07-03 at 3.30.21 PM.png
