Center Admin can create a siteSite form,Form and add it to any pagespage to collect email addressaddresses for Newsletternewsletter Subscription.subscriptions.

Create Site Form 

• Go to Create Site Form.

• For newsletter submissionsubscription, form,make admin is requiredsure to createinclude an [ Email FieldField] ],and whichset isit as mandatory for newsletter subscription form..

• AdditionalYou may add additional data fields canas beneeded. added --All submitted data will appearbe accessible under "“View Submitted Data"Data” on the Webform listingListing page.

AddingAdd a site formForm to aA pagePage

AfterOnce thisthe form is created, Adminyou can add this formit to any Site pages. page:

1. Go to your desired page,page example(e.g., :/test-page).

2. Click the [ Edit ]Edit] button to enter the Page EditorEditor.

• Add a Form Component /or select a Form sectionSection template to the pageTemplate.

• Choose the created form via the [ Select a FormForm] ]dropdown dropdown,and click [Save].

• UserUsers can submit antheir email address viaand the form, andwill receive a DOIDouble messageOpt-In (DOI) confirmation email to confirmcomplete their subscription.
