2. Formulas

2.1 Working time factor (FAZ)

An important parameter for subsequent billing is the Working Time Factor. This factor is calculated based on the following formula:

+ Actual working time booked (in the evaluation month)
+ Sick leave (in the evaluation month)
+ Vocational school (in the evaluation month)
+ vacation time (in the evaluation month)
+ Manually recorded time (in the evaluation month)
- Breaks (in the evaluation month)

Total / (annual working time /12)

Above needed to be clarified and finalized

2.2 Targeting

The target achievement is expressed as a percentage value that indicates how much of the defined monthly target has been accomplished. It is calculated using the following formula:

(Number of new members / New member target) × 100

For example, if the target for January 2025 was 120 new members and 130 were actually registered, the calculation would be:

(130 / 120) × 100 = 108.33%

This means the team achieved 108.33% of the target for that month.

2.3 Basic salary

The basic salary is determined by first dividing the annual working time into monthly working hours. This monthly base is then used to calculate the actual hourly wage. The final monthly salary is calculated by multiplying the actual hours worked (including manually recorded time) by the hourly wage.

Formula:

  1. Monthly Working Hours = Annual Working Hours ÷ 12

  2. Hourly Wage = Basic Salary ÷ Monthly Working Hours

  3. Actual Salary for the Month = Actual Hours Worked × Hourly Wage

Example (for May 2025):

  • Annual Working Time: 2,160 hours

  • Basic Monthly Salary: €3,066.67

Step 1:
Monthly Working Hours = 2,160 ÷ 12 = 180 hours

Step 2:
Hourly Wage = €3,066.67 ÷ 180 = €17.0370

Step 3:
Actual Hours Worked in May = 140.7642
Monthly Salary for May = 140.7642 × €17.0370 = €2,398.12

2.4 Single bonus

The individual bonus is multiplied by the euro value and the value of the new memberships sold by this employee.

(Value of his/her sold membership x individual premium) x Employment status

Example:
New members sold 13 (Value 14)
Specifications single premium: 10,00 €

10*14 = 140,00 €

Dun quite understand this formula above, why 10*14 and not 10*13 ?

2.5 Group bonus

The group bonus is calculated from the target achievement multiplied by the € value from the group bonus specifications. The prerequisite is that the target achievement lies between the starting value and the target value, both of which are also defined in the group bonus specifications. However, the group bonus may not exceed the value in euros defined in the maximum bonus specifications.

Example file: Beispiel-Gruppenprämie.pdf

Configuration specifications Group premium Start value: 80%
Configuration Specifications Group premium Target value:130%
Configuration specifications Group premium value: 14,00 €
Configuration specifications Group premium maximum value: 900,00 €

2.7 Education Bonus

The training bonus is defined in the master data under Training and is assigned via the employee's master data.

If the training premium is active for the employee, it is calculated taking into account the FAZ.

Example:
Education: RE-C
Bonus: 100,00
FZA of the employee in the month 05/2025 (Example Angerer Karina): 101,25%
100*1,0125 = 101,25 €

2.8 Growth bonus

The growth bonus is stored in the employee master data for each employee. Whether the growth in memberships has been achieved is entered monthly by the Center Admin in the "Growth bonus" settings.

If the "Growth achieved" checkbox is set to yes for the payroll month, the bonus is calculated from the employee master data, taking the FAZ into account.

Premium master data * FZA
Example:
Employee growth premium: 100 Euro
FZA of the employee in the month 05/2025 (Example Steiger Andreas): 105,33%
100*1,0533 = 105,33 €

2.9 Renewal quota bonus

New memberships that were created under transaction data and have the "Cancellation withdrawal" checkbox active count towards the renewal rate.
