Introduction
Jeydoo Smart Plan AI
Jeydoo Smart Plan AI is an optional, subscription-based AI module within Jeydoo CMP that assists administrators in planning and optimizing employee shift schedules. The module is designed to reduce the time and complexity of manual shift planning while allowing administrators to remain in full control of all scheduling decisions.
Smart Plan AI can analyse data from Jeydoo, as well as supported third-party gym management systems such as Magicline and AIDOO. By analysing employee information, scheduling data and configurable business rules, the AI generates intelligent scheduling recommendations that help administrators create efficient and consistent work schedules.
Rather than replacing the administrator, Smart Plan AI acts as an intelligent assistant by analysing data, applying configurable planning rules and presenting recommendations for review before implementation.
Smart Plan AI is designed to assist administrators in making scheduling decisions, while the final approval and implementation always remain under the administrator's control.
Problems It Solves
Jeydoo Smart Plan AI helps solve many of the common challenges faced when planning employee schedules, including:
-
Reducing the time required to prepare weekly or monthly schedules.
-
Improving fairness in shift distribution.
-
Matching employees according to qualifications, experience and availability.
-
Filling open shifts more efficiently.
-
Responding quickly to unexpected situations, such as employee sick leave.
-
Optimising staffing across multiple departments and locations.
-
Assisting managers in making consistent scheduling decisions based on predefined business rules.
-
Ensuring shift schedules comply with government regulations and company policies.
Compliance & Business Rules
In addition to scheduling preferences, Smart Plan AI considers applicable government regulations and company-specific business rules when generating scheduling recommendations.
These may include legal working time regulations, mandatory rest periods, company policies and other compliance requirements. These rules serve as reference information for the AI when evaluating and recommending employee schedules, helping ensure that proposed schedules remain compliant while reducing manual verification by administrators.
